Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to charge for any appointments missed with or without notice, and cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours may be charged 50% of your full service. No-shows may be charged for the full service. Also, be mindful that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your service to a later time. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a "no-show" and you will be charged for your full service. We appreciate your understanding and respect of our time and yours. Your appointments are reserved exclusively for you and with you in-mind.
