Total Bliss Nail Spa is owned and operated by Atlanta, Georgia native, licensed nail technician and certified reflexologist, Tireon Rucker. She specializes in the healthy, natural and personable, nail care service experience. An experience refreshingly unlike many traditional nail service spas. She has been licensed since 1996.

 

After working in traditional hair and nail salons, she realized her niche in offering a more one-on-one, high quality nail care service to customers where they would be cared for on a more personable level. She witnessed these businesses being consumed with a focus in the quantity of customers they serviced more than the quality of service they provided, which inevitably led to a decline in quality service. So in 2009, she was inspired to establish her own business and name for herself under Total Bliss Day Spa & Salon, Inc. while working as a contractor for a then new, full service, locally and black-owned spa for over 15 years. Ultimately in April of 2019, she took the plunge to own and operate under her own customized, brand business as Total Bliss Nail Spa. She has since been finally free to offer personable, private and quality nail care service to her growing clientele.
